Caltius Structured Capital Announces New Hire – Kevin Greener, Principal of Business Development

Los Angeles, CA, August 2022 – Caltius Structed Capital is pleased to announce that Kevin Greener has joined its team as a Principal of Business Development. Kevin joined Caltius Structured Capital in July 2022.  Based in Massachusetts, Kevin is responsible for executing the firm’s strategic business development and deal sourcing efforts, particularly in the Eastern United States. He will focus on engaging intermediaries, lenders, investors, and other deal community participants to source and evaluate new structured capital investment opportunities for the firm. Kevin has over 10 years of private capital investing experience, most recently with Onex Falcon (formerly Falcon Investment Advisors) where he was responsible for originating new investment opportunities across all levels of the capital structure, including senior debt, subordinated debt, and preferred and common equity.  Previously, Kevin worked at JMC Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, and North Atlantic Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm.  Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Williams College.  He can be reached at kgreener@caltius.com.
