Donna manages marketing and operations for Caltius Capital Management and its affiliated funds. She oversees the firm’s marketing initiatives, investor communications, fundraising support, events, and key operational functions, and works closely with the business development team to support the firm’s growth initiatives.

Donna joined Caltius in 2003. She left in 2007 to return to her native South Africa and rejoined the firm in 2010.

Prior to Caltius, Donna held positions with Dorchester Capital Advisors, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and National Geographic. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
