Sofia screens prospective investment opportunities, assists with due diligence for new transactions, and monitors portfolio companies in close coordination with senior team members. She joined Caltius Structured Capital in 2022 after earning her M.B.A. Prior to attending business school, she was a senior associate in the Deals Advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. At PwC, Sofia advised a wide range of clients on various strategic growth alternatives including initial public offerings, private debt offerings, operational improvements, and acquisitions.

Sofia received her M.B.A., Master of Accounting (MAcc), and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
