Caltius Structured Capital Exits Investment in Building System Design

Los Angeles, CA, June 2019 – Caltius Structured Capital (CSC) is pleased to announce the successful realization of our investment in Building System Design, Inc. (BSD) through the sale of the company to strategic acquirer RIB Software, SE.

CSC provided subordinated debt and minority equity to facilitate the management-led buyout of BSD in September 2017.  CSC’s partnership with management during the investment period resulted in impressive corporate growth and value creation for BSD’s equity holders.
