Caltius Mezzanine Realizes Investment in UHY Advisors

Los Angeles, CA, October 2013 – Caltius Mezzanine (“Caltius”) is pleased to announce the successful realization of its investment in UHY Advisors (“UHY”).

In October 2013, the company redeemed all of Caltius’ debt and equity securities with the proceeds from a new credit facility. In December 2006, Caltius provided $37.5 million of mezzanine debt to refinance existing debt. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, UHY is a national professional services firm specializing in accounting and tax services.
