Caltius Structured Capital Provides Growth Capital to American Window Film.

LOS ANGELES, CA, December 22, 2025 – Caltius Structured Capital (“Caltius”) is pleased to announce the closing of a $48.5 million debt and preferred equity investment in Laguna Hills, CA ‐ based American Window Film (“AWF”) in partnership with co‐investor Concentric Investment Partners. The financing was used to refinance existing debt, provide shareholder liquidity, and provide capital for continued growth.

American Window Film is a leading installer of window tinting film for a wide variety of commercial and residential customers, with four product categories including: 1) Solar (window films for heat rejection, glare reduction, and UV protection); 2) Graphics (films for interior offices, logos, signs, and designs for branding, decoration, and privacy); 3) Security (thick window films to prevent shattering and deter forced entry, theft, and protect against disasters, and; 4) Anti‐Graffiti (thick window films to protect from graffiti, etching, and scratching).

Founded in 2009 with the platform acquisition of Solar Art, AWF has since made 23 acquisitions in 17 metro markets and is now the leading commercial window film installer in the U.S.
