Jared evaluates prospective investment opportunities, supports due diligence for new transactions, and works with the broader Caltius team on portfolio company monitoring and analysis. He joined Caltius Equity in July 2026, bringing experience from Santander Corporate and Investment Banking and a boutique Los Angeles investment bank, where he worked as an investment banking analyst.

Prior to joining Caltius, Jared supported the execution of M&A, leveraged finance, and distressed transactions for clients in the financial sponsors and industrials sectors. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
